A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The location offers tranquility, shielding from city noise. Although the restaurant was temporarily closed, the pool area was a serene spot to unwind.

The stay was very comfortable. It was a quiet place. Daily eggs and bacon for breakfast were fabulous.

Came here for 3 nights with my family, had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were very professional and genuinely helpful in the entire hotel. The breakfast had variety of local food and drinks. The pool area was lovely and the location was peaceful, really close to the suburbs of Port of Spain as well as the Vidalia restaurant. It also was in the bathroom hairdryer electrical outlet.

Normandie hotel has nice greenery and palm trees.

My experience was marred by several issues. The staff left after 6 PM, leaving just phone support for assistance. The parking was overcrowded during the day. And without any bellboy service, I struggled to carry my luggage up the stairs, especially since there were no signboards to help me navigate the hotel.

It's a clean and wonderful hotel with brand-new rooms and attentive staff.

Everything was great, exceptional staff, magnificent location close enough to the Savannah park and a special pop-up market that attracted more than the usual display of local arts and crafts which was a unique display of excellent quality and artistic craftsmanship and the savannah, the zoo and many other places of interests: )

The Normandie has a cozy charm I really appreciated. Lush greenery surrounds the hotel. The pool area is clean, a great spot to unwind after a long day. The rooms were super clean and comforting, great for undisturbed sleep. Breakfast options, though, left much to be desired. A simple scrambled egg and a few slices of frankfurters didn't really cut it. Quite disappointing for the price. Reception staff were helpful but left at 6 PM, meaning any late-night issues could only be dealt with over the phone. Plus, finding the reception was tricky due to a lack of signage. I enjoyed the lovely outdoor areas, but better breakfast variety would significantly enhance the stay.

The amenities in the Budget Double Room, like the fridge and kettle, added a nice touch to the experience. The peaceful location provided a great escape from the city's hustle. Breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee was disappointing. The air conditioning in my initial room didn't work properly, leading to an uncomfortable start. Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the stay, requiring frequent follow-ups for service.

Totally recommend for a mini-break over the weekend

Charming atmosphere, convenient amenities, especially the lovely outdoor swimming pool and easy access to nearby restaurants, made my stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Hotel Normandie Limited. the place was clean, and the staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. There was plenty of tasty food to enjoy. the location is fantastic, situated in a lovely area next to a couple of affordable restaurants and a great display of crafts, all of excellent quality. it was an excellent stay, just like it always is.

The rooms here are clean, affordable, and come equipped with essential amenities like chairs and closets.

The executive king room was convenient with wifi, a writing table, and a little balcony, and the location near a cinema and theatre was excellent.
